Mr Bigg’s Wins CNN Nigeria’s “Restaurant Of The Year” Award

UACN’s Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), Mr Bigg’s has been adjudged as the Restaurant of the Year by Change Nigeria News (CNN-Nigeria) for their top notch service consistency.

CNN-Nigeria, based in Kaduna, Kaduna State, noted that “Mr Bigg’s has remained a favourite spot for years and curiously so even with the current economic downturn, it still maintains it attractiveness both in terms of product range, quality and customer service.”

The panel of judges also emphasized that “in an era where customer service has witnessed a new low by the blocking off of charging points for customers, Mr Bigg’s stands out by leaving open it’s charging points.”

This, the panel said, signals a welcome gesture that keeps endearing it to its many settlers in Kaduna.

Recently, Mr Bigg’s launched its model restaurant at Northwest Filing Station at VGC, Lagos and some other parts of the country. The new restaurants, according to Mrs. Ethel Mba, Marketing Manager, UAC Restaurants, depicts excellence, offering a wide variety of meals ranging from local to continental dishes, which according to her, is the heritage of Mr Bigg’s.

Many customers who have visited the new restaurants are impressed and excited with the excellent service experience which they say largely addresses their eating needs.

Mr Bigg’s, with over 75 restaurants in Nigeria, is response to consumers’ need for quick, fresh and tasty meals as they become increasingly busy and has less time for cooking.

Following a successful capital raising through bonds for the organization, Eat’N’Go Limited has announced development plans to establish itself in new cities across the country.

Mouka Celebrates Armed Forces Remembrance Day Honouring ex-service Men

Foremost Nigeria bedding and mattress producer, Mouka Foam Limited has honoured Ex Service men in commemoration of the Armed Forces Remembrance Day.

The company made the presentation at the Nigerian Armed Forces Resettlement Centre (NAFRC), Oshodi, Lagos, in honour of members of the Armed Forces being reintegrated into civil life.

Mouka’s CEO, Raymond Murphy, donated some of its products to the Commandant of NAFRC in the presence of the Minister of Defence, Major General Bashir Salihi Magashi, Air Vice Marshal Sanni Liman and other members of the company during the combined graduation ceremony of the mid-level officers entrepreneurship and management courses.
