Nigeria’s number one low cholesterol milk brand produced by FrieslandCampina WAMCO, Three Crowns Milk, celebrated mothers in Owerri, Imo State at a reception of the African Queen of Hearts.

Three mothers viz Kate Nwaobi, Chinwe Iroapali and Veronica Ihemanma emerged at the event and were hosted to a bouquet each winning an all-expense paid weekend vacation in a luxury resort.

The Brand Manager of Three Crowns Milk, Akeem Audu, explained that the event was the icing on the cake of a campaign which started a few weeks back as a build-up to Mother’s Day 2019 as mothers were asked to upload different African hairstyles using the hashtags: #ThreeCrownsAfricanQueen #ThreeCrownsMilk on Social Media.

Indigenous hairstyles such as Shuku, Didi, Koroba, Face-me-I-Face-You, etc were eventually shared which also attracted exciting comments.

According to Audu, the campaign was aimed at showcasing how Three Crowns cares for and appreciates the mum as the heart of the family.

The Senior Brand Manager, Omolara Banjoko while congratulating the winners, noted that every mother wears her hair as a crown with great pride and goes the extra mile to make it look beautiful at all times.
